Sale within a Defined Timeline
Our auction marketing period is typically 3.5 weeks. At an auction, sale contracts are immediately exchanged on your behalf. These contracts are legally binding and unconditional which means they are not "subject to survey" or "subject to finance." Sale completion times will be set out by your solicitor in the contract, and are typically 28 days from the auction date
From first contact to completion, you can be in funds within 6 to 8 weeks – far shorter than a traditional private treaty sale, which can take 3 months to market with a further 3 to 6 months for closing.
